Weight Loss Breakfast? Try a smoothie.

Every New Year, people come up with resolutions and action plans they hope to accomplish throughout the year and right at the top of that list sits – WEIGHT LOSS. Unfortunately, by the third week of the year, most people fall off the wagon and end up right back where they started. So if you’re ready to go back on the Wagon, then we promise to research yummy looking recipes and healthy fitness regimens to help you on your weight loss journey starting with Smoothies! Why? Because it’s one of the easiest, tastiest, healthiest “food” especially if you’re a salad-hater and all you need is a blender to whip it up.

Below are a few recipes we found. You can always substitute things like Kale with Spinach or flax seeds with Peanut and add some honey if you do need to make it a little sweeter.

Again remember, it takes consistency and hard work to get the weight off and permanently keep it off. Goodluck !
